Everything I have listed here is available for either trade or exchange for other related or non-related stuff. If you have nothing in the way of movies or other stuff on DVD to trade, I will accept a trade for other items (As long as it is a fair trade in equal or greater value.) Make an offer for a trade like computer equipment or certain HP Printer inks or Books, Green Bay Packers stuff (As I am a Packer fanatic!) or whatever else that may be of interest!
Feel free to look around! A helpful tip for you that will save you time and make it ALOT easier on you would be to get some paper and a pencil (With an eraser.. Trust me!) and make a "Wish List" and then see if we can set something up! By clicking the CONTACT ME link in the lower left column, you will see my email address. Feel free to contact me if and/or when you are ready to setup a trade.
If for some reason or another, you are not sure about what a movie or series or whatnot is about, please make use of the INTERNET MOVIE DATABASE link that I have provided near the lower left column side. It has been a great help to me and thought it may be of great assistance to you if you should so need a reference.
And now.. for all of you who do trades:
I'm sure everyone has their own way of trading, but I thought it prudent to post some guidelines for those who are new to trading, and as a reminder to some old hands. (With the exception to some of those that I already have trade relations with.. For those of you that I have been trading with already for some time, these rules 1, 3, 6, and 7 do not apply because we have built up our trust in oneanother.)
5. Generally trades should be even (disc for disc) Unless you have nothing on DVD for trade, then I require 2 GOOD QUALITY blank DVD's (NOT SOME UNKNOWN NO-NAME CHEAP QUALITY DVD) Good Quality DVD's are ones such as Sony, Fuji, Maxell, Verbatim, TDK, Kodak etc.. 6. Please be honest about the quality of the show/movie/game/event etc... that you have to trade.
1. On first trades, whoever initiates the trade should send first. (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A TINY AMOUNT OF PEOPLE)
2. Please check that your discs are working before sending them. I am sure we all know how it is to receive a set in the mail only to have it not work, and then you have to wait for replacements.
3. If it is possible, for very large trades, please if at all possible, get a tracking number. This avoids a lot of problems and potential scams (By anyone INCLUDING THOSE IN THE POSTAL PROFESSION!), by giving definitive proof that the package was mailed and if it was delivered. If the method of shipping does not give a tracking number, then keep whatever copy of a shipping slip or paperwork with the name and address info of BOTH THE SENDER AND THE ADDRESS IT IS BEING SHIPPED TO so that IF needed you can show something that says you shipped a parcel as it should be stamped with an offical post office stamp.
4. PLEASE BE PATIENT! Most traders do this as a hobby and they do have lives. Also, I live in Canada and sometimes Customs will hold a package for a day and in some rare instances several days. Shipping from my city in Canada to 90% of the USA normally arrives within 14 BUSINESS DAYS (But usually it arrives sooner!)
7. I only want to deal with honest & serious people only. I am willing to deal with people from any country as long as the DVD's you are going to trade are REGION FREE or are for REGION 1 DVD Players. But I can Accept DVD's in PAL Format as my main DVD player and Laptop will play that format.
8. For ANY large sized trades, (Trades that are around 60 or more DVD's) YOU MUST SHIP TO ME FIRST! (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A TINY AMOUNT OF PEOPLE...you all know who you are.) I am not saying this to be a prick but for large trades, I ask that you send to me first to build up a trust factor. IF AND ONLY IF You have contacted me first and this is my rule PLEASE SEE RULE #1!!
9. I ONLY USE HIGH QUALITY DVD'S!! I mainly deal with Fuji, Kodak, Maxell (Especially for CD's) and Sony DVD's
10. I REALLY DO TREAT YOUR DVD's AS IF THEY WERE MY OWN! Like I had stated earlier, I only want to deal with serious and honest traders and I enjoy my high reputation with all those I have traded with and have built up a strong trade relation with and would like to have that same trade relationship with new traders as well, and expect the same in return. ** PLEASE NOTE ** For larger trades, (Typically around 50 or more DVD's) SHOULD YOU REQUIRE A SPECIFIC DVD TYPE for example a DVD-R format, Please let me know in advance as I may need to go and purchase them specifically! For small trades, (Trades UNDER 25 or so DVD's) I will try to accomodate you but If I don't have the format you need onhand, you may have to wait a few days for me to get to the point where I need to get more blanks and will make the concious effort to get the format you require. To me it makes no difference if I use a +R format or a -R format, and likewise do not care if I receive a +R or a -R format.. But as a request, as long as the DVD is not a BUTT-UGLY colour! (A perfect example would be the Maxell -R DVD's... Yeeesh!! I'll take them if I have to though..)
Thank you in advance for taking the time to look at my list. Hopefully we can setup some kind of trade, swap or something else.
Until then, Take Care!
